摘要:该文通过气相色谱法检测6种醇类物质。样品经丙酮振荡提取,气相色谱-外标法定量,6种目标物质在40 min内实现分离,分离度均大于1.5,线性范围为5~500 μg/mL,相关系数(r2)为0.999 0~0.999 9,方法检出限为0.001~0.002 g/kg,方法定量限为0.003~0.006 g/kg,加标回收率为98.0%~109.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.48%~7.43%。

Establishment of a Gas Chromatography Method for Detecting Six Types of Alcohol Substances

Abstract:In this paper, gas chromatography was used to detect six types of alcohol substances. The sample was extracted by acetone oscillation and quantified by gas chromatography external standard method. Six target substances were separated within 40min,with all resolutions greater than 1.5 and a linear range of 5~500μg/mL, with a correlation coefficient r2 of 0.999 0~0.999 9. The detection limit of the method was 0.001~0.002 g/kg, the quantitative limit of the method was 0.003~0.006 g/kg, the spiked recovery rate was 98.0%~109.8%,and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.48%~7.43%.
